AEA HP SS Max .35 Suppressor

I’ve only recently found out about AEA airguns. This is my first big bore so I don’t know how it stacks up against others, but I’m certainly impressed and looking forward to getting some accessories out for it. I’m working on a suppressor for the .35 caliber and a tri-rail/band that clamps onto the reservoir. I started out with a suppressor that is close to the same size as our 1/2-20 UNF suppressor and quickly found out that it needs way more volume than that. What I’ve ended up with is a monster that takes 16 hours to print!

Update 7/8/2022: The suppressor works great, but takes too long to print and costs too much to make. I will not be selling it for now, but may revisit this at a later date.

Beeman QB78 Accessories

I’ve gotten a lot of requests to make a suppressor for the Beeman QB78, 1085, and Chief II. I have a QB78 and noticed it’s very close to the 880 dimensionally so I worked something up and it worked out great. While I was at it I figured I should make an accessory mount as well. The suppressor should work for the QB78, 78S, 79, and 1085, but not the Chief II or other Beemans. The accessory mount will only work with the QB78 with wood stock as far as I can tell.

The suppressor adapter is much like our 880 suppressor and utilizes the same thread cap and suppressor as the 13XX, 1077, etc.

Diana Accessories Update

I had planned to put new product design on the back burner and focus more on the business side of Buck Rail in early 2022, but as soon as I started web-developing, spreadsheeting, and process planning I would get a new idea and then another… business fell by the wayside and I came up with another thingymajig and then another. We’re only 12 days in and I have already accepted defeat. I’m a designer first and a businessman second. Time will tell if that’s bad or good…

The Diana Chaser, Bandit, Airbug, and Stormrider have been a recurring theme in customer emails lately and for good reason. I’ve heard you and hope to deliver. I’ve added a Tri-Rail for the Chaser, Airbug, Bandit, etc. I’ve changed the dimensions slightly to provide a better fit and easier installation. Check those out here: Diana Barrel Band

I’ve bought a Stormrider, Airbug, and Bandit to confirm that it works well on those airguns as well and to see if I can come up with something for each of them. For starters, I’ve made a lot of progress on a replacement for the stock/grip on the Chaser, Bandit, and Airbug. I’ve designed and refined a part to convert the Diana Chaser, Airbug, and Bandit to an AR style grip:

So far, testing has been very promising. I’ve refined it a lot and am very close to releasing it. I’m also working on a forearm/tri-rail to accompany the new grip conversion:

Changing the stock allows you to access the hammer spring retention cap so that you can adapt an adjustable stock. I still have some work to do in order to make the buffer tube a tight fit. I’ll need to work with another manufacturer to make a steel or aluminum adapter for the buffer tube, but that should be pretty simple once I have the funds. Here’s a preview of the whole getup:

I’ve printed a bunch of the forearms and grip conversions. I’ve received all the hardware. I’ve ordered a bunch of Made in America grips. Once I receive all of those I will get the grip conversion and forearms listed at a great price. The adjustable stock conversion will come later!

Crosman 13XX Plumper Pumper Update

I’ve added a honeycomb pattern to the Plumper Pumper to better match our new Crosman Grips. You can select from textured or smooth (no honeycomb) before placing in your cart. I’ve also thickened up the tabs closest to the trigger guard and changed the angle of the front of the handle to match the grip angle and to better hide the sheet metal pump arm. Also, I’m working on adding a polymer/wood composite pump handle and grip. If it works out you’ll be able to sand and stain it for a nice wood look at a fraction of the cost. If it doesn’t work out I’ll probably end up adding a matte desert tan pump and grip option. Here’s what the grips look like in matte desert tan:

I’m hoping to have good news to report on the wood/polymer composite grips and pump. I’ll post as soon as I have success or as soon as I give up and list the matte desert tan options. Stay tuned for that!

Crosman 2240 Suppressor Update

The front sight post has come back. It learned a lot while it was away. We’ve reconciled our differences and found a compromise. I’ve let go of the indexing flat and he will no longer ruin one half of my prints as long as I put him at the very front of the suppressor and only print him on the 3d printers of his choosing.

The front sight post will need to be aligned manually now but it’s straighter, looks better, and works better. I’ve added the option to purchase the suppressor with or without the front sight post. You can find that here: 2240 Suppressor

What A Year!

Sending this from my phone. My dear wife just snapped this picture while her and the kids were watching fireworks from the backyard. Just want to say thank you for all the support and business. We’ve had to make some hard decisions this year and y’all made it a lot easier for us. We’re very grateful and do not take your business or support for granted. I’m working hard and looking forward to another crazy year! Lots of exciting stuff going on in that shed. Can’t wait to tell you about it. Crosman Grips Are Here and Other News

Our new grips for the Crosman airguns and PRod are finally here. They are simple and understated, but not to be underestimated. It took me a fortnight of fortnights, but now they look right and fit tight. They are solid and stolid and wont wriggle or giggle… outwardly. I may have gotten some brain-wires crossed in the making of these things.

Can you blame me?

They are compatible with the Crosman 1377, 1322, 2240, 2240XL, 2300, 1701, 1720, and Benjamin Marauder Pistol.

In other news, I’ve also released our Air Venturi Avenger Suppressors and Benjamin Sheridan Combo Scope Mounts. Check out all three in the links below.

Next product release will be the Crosman 2240 Forearms. I’m waiting on the hardware to come in before I list them.

Our Crosman grips and 2240 forearms have been in the works for a while now and they’re almost here. I know they’ve been anticipated, because I’ve been inundated… with emails about them. The grips have been heavily iterated, opinionated, deliberated, and discriminated. The worst of the iterated were obliterated and eliminated. The best and most innovated of features were assimilated and integrated. I know grips can be subjective and debated. But I’m confident that these will be vindicated. Thank you if you participated! I’m sorry, I was inspired…ated.

Here’s a preview:

The forearm could include a picatinny rail, but it will likely be ugly and not quite allow for a comfortable grip. It can be done, and I have the model, so just say the word. But don’t dog on me for the ugliness. You’ve been warned. They will be very securely mounted with a screw securing it to the barrel band and the trigger guard. I’ll give more details on that later.

The grips are pretty plain. There’s no thumb shelf, ergonomical, anatomical, or uneconomical features. But I assure you. They will be comfortable, supportable, and affordable. I’ve added the honeycomb pattern(I know). Pretty soon I’ll add the honeycomb to our 13XX and 2240 suppressors and then the circle will be complete. Anywho, I’m so confident in these grips that I’ve incorporated my very own visage into the 3d prints. The exact imprint of my face will be on every grip as a sign of my confidence in the design and craftsmanship of each grip:

Umarex Gauntlet Suppressor

Sorry to blow up your mailbox. I’ve been busy. I’ll probably be radio silent for a bit closer to Christmas, through the New Year, and a while after that while I focus on the manufacturing side of things more than the design side. Anyway, I digress.

The Umarex Gauntlet suppressor is here. It’s printed in Polycarbonate, replaces the baffle clamshell thingamajiggy, and threads directly into the shroud. It works great, looks cool, and is cheap. What more could you ask for? Don’t answer that.

And for those who are still readin’. The ATF approved my Form 1 so that I can 3d print one silencer for my Hammerli TAC R1 rimfire .22. That is on the printer as I type this. I’d to make an interesting video on that early next year. Stay tuned.
