***NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE 2240XL***

If you need a suppressor for the 2240XL you will need a 1/2-20 UNF Threaded Suppressor. We have those here: https://buck-rail.com/product/1-2-20-unf-silencer/

This suppressor was designed and tested on the Crosman 2240. It will also work with the Crosman 2250, 2260, 760, 362, Drifter and with the extended Crosman barrels commonly swapped on the 13XX and 2240. The suppressor uses 7 cone-shaped interior baffles to dramatically reduce the report. Installation only requires you to remove the stock plastic cap at the end of the barrel, align the suppressor with the barrel, and press it on firmly by hand.

This suppressor is FDM printed in black Polycarbonate plastic and the ID is drilled to size. It should be a press fit for most folks, but if it is loose or gets loose over time you may need to use silicone or medium (blue) threadlocker to keep it in place. The Polycarbonate material can easily be sanded, filed, drilled, and painted if you want to customize it. If it affects accuracy you can drill out the internal diameter little by little until you get the results you want (this will rarely be necessary).

I took a McDonald's straw and cut a small sliver about an eighth of an inch wide and an inch long, and then put the suppressor on. The fit is extremely tight, and I don't know how accurate it'll be cuz I haven't shot it yet but I do know that the suppressor will not fall off.

    Does a great job of suppressing sound and looks great. but was certainly not a tight fit on my Crosman 2300 barrel. There was considerable wobble when I would wiggle it, when mounted. If I tapped the gun with the barrel pointed down, it would fall off, and the air pressure from firing would also blow the suppressor off the barrel. I didn't want it mounted permanently with lock-tite or silicone as suggested because I don't always need it to be quiet, and didn't want the extra length on my barrel unless sound suppression was needed. I tried a piece of electrical tape around the barrel before putting on the suppressor and that tightened it up adequately, however, that threw the trajectory of the pellets off to an unacceptable level.

    This is the third suppressor that I have purchased from Buck-Rail and they are all great. I have two of the 2240 suppressors, one with sight blade is. On a crosman 760, one with the uni adaptor for 1377 and it is super quiet and very nice looking and now this one without the site blade for my custom shop 1300 KT carbine with 18" barrel. I shot it yesterday after installation and it didn't change my accuracy and is quiet. I have also purchased two of the Hawkeye red dots and they are great on the 1377's. I have the barrel adapters for dove tail on the 1377 because it has the stock plastic breech and have a Hawkeye mounted on that pistol which is super accurate with less the dime size groups at 13 yds. The other Hawkeye was mounted on my 760 but now resides on my 1300 KT and is mounted on a steel breech. Great products at a great price. Keep up the good work!

    Purchased the suppressor and barrel the same week and tried out the suppressor on a stock 2240 and it made a huge difference. Mounted the 14.6" barrel and he suppressor and had a squib after 4 shots and noticed a slight rattle in the suppressor and had a couple of very small plastic shavings come out the end. Emailed Chris and let him know what happened and he sent me a new suppressor right away, no charge. I have since purchased the optic mounts from Buck Rail and will be treating the 2240 to a steel breech at Christmas. BEST customer support anybody could ask for. Thank you Buck Rail !

    Looks good, does work, but had a really hard time installing it. Took the front sight off, no problem, but the supressor just would not fit onto the barrel. Wouldn't slide or twist on. Finally got it on by twisting left then right about 1/4". Didn't want to tab on it, was afraid I would damage it. At this point it was on so tight and the sight wasn't lined up so I tried taking it off. Twisted right/left and it broke leaving a 1/4" piece on the barrel. Had to pry that off. At that point I said go for it. The opening was bigger now. Started it on and taped it with a rubber mallet the rest of the way. Moved it a little left and right to line the seight up and that was it. Does quiet the gun down, but knowing now the headache installing it I'll pass on purchasing another. There's always the possibility that I happen to get that special one that was a little off and out of spec. Anyways it does look good and does the job. Maybe should of tried a little gun grease first.

    Great product at this price point. Makes it quieter as advertised. Perfectly sized "interference fit". Clearly has bench shooters in mind because the material it is printed from will not last in the field. Looks like almost all the reviews are paper punchers. I could snap it right off easily. I assume this material is used to keep the cost down because there are materials that would be more suitable for field use as this is too brittle. The hardness of the material also causes it to have a "pingy plastic report". My solution before it ever breaks is going to be to wrap it with heat shrink to provide a more resilient composition overall and to deaden the resonance of the thin hard plastic. I will likely buy more of these and do the same with them. Well worth the money if you are sitting at a bench all the time and this review is positive with some feedback that could help others who need a little more durability to reinforce the unit. Lots of great products here thanks and keep it up.

    Purchased this last month. It worked great at first, but after a few mags, it flew off the gun and broke. I did not think I put it on tight enough, so I did not try to return it. I bought a replacement for it and that eventually broke also, so I called the company and they sent me a new one that works great. What great service.
    When I examined the new one, I noticed it was all one piece where the ones that broke appeared to be 2 pieces and the break occurred at the junction of the two pieces.
    Hoping that this one should hold up for a long time.

I did put a thin layer of Loctite Blue on the barrel to keep it secure, although it seemed tight enough going on that it may not have been necessary.The 2240 that it is installed on is very quiet and as someone else indicated, the pellet hitting the target seems louder than the gas from the gun. For its price you cannot go wrong. About the same price as a meal for two at McDonalds, but lasts much, much longer.

Popped off the stock front sight, slipped on the Buck Rail suppressor, and it fit like a glove. Didn’t even adjust the sights and my first shot was dead on. And it really quieted down the 2240. MUCH quieter than on the demo video that I watched before I made my purchase.

    I put this silencer on a 362. Not really a loud gun to start with, but now I notice the sound of the hammer hitting the valve being louder than the muzzle report. Impact on target is louder than both. Accuracy improved a bit, and there was no evidence of pellets clipping baffles. Much easier to keep pests out of the garden without annoying the neighbors.

I've got it dialed pretty good, but have marked it and barrel to remount with Loctite. A great add would be threads for a set screw. I might do this, but am deciding where to place it. I don't think it's a seam, but the is a line on the bottom side. I don't want to go near that, plus that's what I used to line it up correctly.
    Good product and my neighbors agree that it reports alot less.

    Was doing some shooting with it, works very well, and it then proceeded to snap off just after the cone without being dropped or anything. Might try to fix but alignment might be off.

    I filed about 1/3rd off height and now about an inch low...think I can take another 1/16 to 1/32 and get on at 10 - 30 yds.

    I bought one and thought it was great at reducing the sharp pop from the 2240. Unfortunately, I put too much pressure on the suppressor when I was moving some things on my bench and it happened snap in half. Luckily it broke where no baffles were exposed or loose so I tried some krazy glue overnight and sure enough it still works!

    I would recommend this item for anyone looking for a simple way to reduce the noise from the 2240. Very easy install and very good price.

    I use suppressors on four CO2 pistols. Two are Buck Rail. The Buck Rail suppressors are far superior to the other 3D printed suppressors I have used. They are far sturdier and offer a precise fit. They also knock the noise down better. I used an older TKO long suppressor for my 2240 for several years. It is a little quieter than the Buck Rail suppressor. It is also more than twice the price and offers no option for using iron sights. Given the relatively small difference in the sound I think the Buck Rail suppressor is a real bargain.

    I chose this 2240 suppressor with the front sight post for my 760B Pumpmaster. Aligned the Front sight post and verified accurate hits. Marked it's position, slid it out 1/2 inch, added superglue, and put back in place. Yay! \(^_^)/

    It's for a .22 caliber barrel so the sound reduction might have been better if I went with something matching the .177 caliber of the Pumpmaster but I'm happy with the amount of quiet it provides. Besides, I really wanted that front sight post so I could put glow-in-the-dark paint on it for night time.

    For me, an unexpected and very pleasing benefit of this suppressor was that before my groups at 60 feet with BB's were about the size of a coffee can lid. I've owned this 760 for years and that was just the way it handled BB's. After installing this suppressor the group went to the size of a pellet tin. (O_o)

    It may just be me but if anyone else gets this result then please put it in your review.

    It was not a real snug fit to the barrel. Every third shot it flew off. I already knew this could be an issue from reading other reviews. I was able to drill and tap a set screw through it into the barrel flat. It stays put now.

    I did contact Buck-Rail and he offered to make it good, but I am happy with my fix and didn't expect him to send me another one, since I did decide to modify it on my own.

    Very happy with Buck Rail and won't hesitate ordering from them again.

    I recently purchased this press on suppressor for my new Crossman 2240. I followed all of the directions and everything went well for the first two CO2 cartridges. I did notice that the suppressor turned easily and the front sight post needed to be realigned frequently. As I shot pellets out of my 2240 using a new CO2 cartridge, the entire suppressor flew off the barrel. So I reattached it, realigned the sight post and continued shooting. The same thing happened three more times. Then I quit. I have decided that I need to purchase a threaded adapter and a screw-on suppressor for my 2240. Otherwise I will be constantly re-attaching and realigning my suppressor, which is too bad because the suppressor does its job as far as quieting down my pellet gun.

I put this on my customized Benjamin Maximus that I tuned to be 12fpe to get maximum number of shots and iron sights. It fits the barrel perfectly! the front sight is excellent and I am using a williams peep for the rear. The gun is for squirrel hunting and is super accurate which this LDC doesnt affect or clip pellets. The gun really quite! It is works as well as the TKO I was using before I removed the scope. I would only like to see a pattern on it like the Daisy 880 LDC. Highly recommend this! Crosman/Benjamin is very good at using parts that will work with many platforms. Saves them tooling costs. 1322, 632, Maximus, 2240 all use the same barrels with exception to length, the diameters are the same.

Essentially, this suppressor makes the gun shoot with 8 pumps about as loud as the factory gun with 2 pumps. Installation was straightforward and it looks good on the gun. To the ear, this suppressor takes the 'crack' off the rifle report. I'm encouraged to buy another BR suppressor for my QB78s

    I scoped it, but also wanted it quieter, and since the barrel is 7/16 like the Crosman barrels I ordered one without the front sight post.
    Very snug fit, twisting /pushing it on. Much quieter! (shooting indoors)

It fixed the issue, but still not as tight of a fit like the plastic sight that comes with the 2240. I would definitely recommend this item.
