This suppressor was designed and tested on the Crosman 2240. It will also work with the Crosman 2250, 2260, 760, 362, Drifter and with the extended Crosman barrels commonly swapped on the 13XX and 2240. The suppressor uses 7 cone-shaped interior baffles to dramatically reduce the report. Installation only requires you to remove the stock plastic cap at the end of the barrel, align the suppressor with the barrel, and press it on firmly by hand.
This suppressor is FDM printed in black Polycarbonate plastic and the ID is drilled to size. It should be a press fit for most folks, but if it is loose or gets loose over time you may need to use silicone or medium (blue) threadlocker to keep it in place. The Polycarbonate material can easily be sanded, filed, drilled, and painted if you want to customize it. If it affects accuracy you can drill out the internal diameter little by little until you get the results you want (this will rarely be necessary).

When I examined the new one, I noticed it was all one piece where the ones that broke appeared to be 2 pieces and the break occurred at the junction of the two pieces.
Hoping that this one should hold up for a long time.

Chose the sight blade option and liked the construction.
My 2240 is set up with the Williams rear MIM and all my shots were tracking 2" low.
I filed about 1/3rd off height and now about an inch low...think I can take another 1/16 to 1/32 and get on at 10 - 30 yds.

It's for a .22 caliber barrel so the sound reduction might have been better if I went with something matching the .177 caliber of the Pumpmaster but I'm happy with the amount of quiet it provides. Besides, I really wanted that front sight post so I could put glow-in-the-dark paint on it for night time.
For me, an unexpected and very pleasing benefit of this suppressor was that before my groups at 60 feet with BB's were about the size of a coffee can lid. I've owned this 760 for years and that was just the way it handled BB's. After installing this suppressor the group went to the size of a pellet tin. (O_o)
It may just be me but if anyone else gets this result then please put it in your review.
It was not a real snug fit to the barrel. Every third shot it flew off. I already knew this could be an issue from reading other reviews. I was able to drill and tap a set screw through it into the barrel flat. It stays put now.
I did contact Buck-Rail and he offered to make it good, but I am happy with my fix and didn't expect him to send me another one, since I did decide to modify it on my own.
Very happy with Buck Rail and won't hesitate ordering from them again.
Make sure you glue it on, can't find mine after second shot 😔

I scoped it, but also wanted it quieter, and since the barrel is 7/16 like the Crosman barrels I ordered one without the front sight post.
Very snug fit, twisting /pushing it on. Much quieter! (shooting indoors)
