   I needed to make sure that everybody reading these posts gets an update on my little problem. My previous review gave a terrible rating of one star due to the fact that after installing the 1377 breech kit that it failed. Folks let me tell you something. Sometimes you need to use the brain that God gave you and troubleshoot a little. I have never had any issues with buckrail in the past they stand by all their products and meet any problems with any order with professionalism and swift response, Terry sent me an email saying that the two breaches that I ordered would be completely refunded. Then a little bell went off. What if the batch of pellets that I used for the initial test of the newly installed breech kit were faulty? Based on this idea immediately replaced. The batch that was used for the initial test with a new batch of .177 pellets. To my surprise all pellets went into battery just fine and the steel breach operated perfectly just as it did before the installation, I am imediately emailed Terry requesting that the refund be canceled. I give my sincere apology on record to buck rail. The customer service is first rate their response to any problems are swift. Folks as it turned out it was a matter of faulty pellets, so please do not make the mistake that I did troubleshoot and try another batch of pellets. If you’re reading this, Terry, please remove my previous review, and/or leave it if you so choose so people can see that in many cases, the customer makes the mistake stick with Buck Rail folks you will not be disappointed. I will continue to be a loyal customer to Buck rail. Thanks guys!
