   I had to do it. I Sawed off the thread portion of the adapter and inserted a tube in the adapter with a silicone sleeve for right fit then screwed on the silencer now my umarex glock 17 (no.1 on Amazon) is whisper quiet. Make one for us Terry

   Absolutely no sound coming from the barrel anymore. All you hear is the action of the gun and the BB hitting the target. Very backyard friendly for sound. Unfortunately it looks even more badass and may scare anyone who gets a glimpse of it through the fence hedge. It will have to stay in my basement shooting range. I noticed an improvement in BB accuracy. This gun is accurate with pellets but not so much with BB, but I think this suppressor settled the BB a bit and is a little more accurate now. I only use this with BB, so more accuracy with BB is helpful. Love the way it looks now.

   I had a small problem with the adapter that I mention off-hand in an email to Chris at Buck Rail. By return email the same day he (without me even asking) offered to replace the adapter. When I accepted his offer, he had the new one in the mail the same day. Not only that, but he kept me informed about the status it's status, even sending me an email when he knew it was out for delivery by the U.S. Post Office. You can not ask for better service.    Worst quality 3d printing scuffs and markings all over almost broke my m4 .177 trying to pull it off thanks. also will not shoot properly the bb/ pellet will bounce off the walls of the "silencer". Actually called a suppressor it suppresses sound not silences.
