“I Want to Pump You Up“
Okay, maybe not. But for those who are interested the Hatsan Jet Pumps are live. Get ’em –> HERE <–
Here’s a little preview of the installation that I never got around to posting: Hatsan Jet Pump Install Preview
I have a lot more updates and we’re long overdue for a situation report. I’d like to put some thought into it. For those who care, stay tuned for, hopefully, a long wordy Buck Rail update coming at y’all after Thanksgiving.
Speaking of Thanksgiving, thank you all so much for your business and thank you for your support. I still can’t believe I get to do this for a living. I’ll keep working hard to earn it!
Sincerely,
Terry Harman

I think that having problems with 3 of seven items purchased from you is not very encouraging
Wow. I bet, Joe. Have you reached out to customer service? As far as I know and as much as I can help it we don’t keep money from folks who are unsatisfied. Sounds like that may be you. Even the items you’re satisfied with weren’t worthy of your public praise. Sounds like we might not be the high caliber folks you’re looking for. We’re more like regular mistake-making people. We don’t normally do customer service in the comment section of a blog post. Let Chris@buck-rail.com know what you need a refund for and he’ll take care of you.

I bought two jet pump kits. one was missing a piece and once I got the other one assembled it does Not work. The action is to short. The pump hits the frame and stops short. Also have purchased 4 moderators one of which is threaded wrong
Joe, you should really contact customer service about this if you want a resolution. We do make mistakes, but we will always make it right. Two things though; I state in the installation video for the pump that it may hit the accessory rails on your gun. If it does you will need to remove the rail. This is why I encourage folks to watch the video first. Secondly, it looks like one of the suppressors you purchased is an M14X1.25. I’m guessing you didn’t mean to purchase that one or you thought it would work with a standard 1/2-20 UNF thread (it doesn’t). Either way, we’re always happy to help folks who need help and even take things back way beyond warranty. Folks who want help should email customer service and let us know what the problem is (or what they think the problem is) and we’ll help you whether it’s your fault OR ours. Usually ours, but in this case looks like mistakes were made by both of us.
Sincerely,
Terry
I received my order for the hatsan 2 pump action. It did not come with instructions on which way the rail was supposed to fit. This information could have saved me breaking the pin mount when I cocked it. So thanks for nothing.
Thanks for your repeat business Jerry. Looks like you’ve been a customer for over a year. I’m guessing you’ve been pleased so far? Anywho, the installation instructions are on the product page where you ordered it from. They’ve been there since it was listed and I encourage everyone to watch it before buying. With that being said, I did make a mistake in the design of the lever and have a fix for it. We have a Contact Us page where our contact info can be found and you can reach out with an email if you don’t get the fix. Or just curse us out there and we’ll give you your money back.
All the best,
Terry
Please come out with a stock for the Airicuda max. It will be a big hit
