FAQ/Policies

PLEASE NOTE! WE DO NOT SHIP TO FREIGHT FORWARDERS. IF YOU HAVE AN ORDER SHIPPED TO A FREIGHT FORWARDER AND IT IS HELD, LOST, CONFISCTATED, STOLEN, DAMAGED, ETC. YOU WILL NEED TO ADDRESS THAT WITH THE FREIGHT FORWARDER. NOT WITH US. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR ORDERS SHIPPED THROUGH FREIGHT FORWARDERS.

Shipping

We ship five days a week, Monday-Friday, with most orders going out same day, or next business day. Orders placed after our mail pick-up on Friday will generally ship out on Monday. We are not responsible for shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please double check your address when you order!

You will receive automated tracking updates via email. Please ensure that you enter the correct email if you want tracking updates. You may need to check your junk box and ensure that we are added to your safe senders list to receive tracking emails.

Another option for tracking your order is to go to our Tracking Page and enter your order number and email.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. For a shipping price, just place the items in your cart and input your location. You will get a few shipping options, speeds, and prices to choose from. We declare the items as what they actually are and will not conceal the contents. It is you responsibility to know your national and local laws.

Canada – Due to Socialism, we do not ship suppressors to Canada. We do ship our other offerings, but cannot guarantee that Canadian customs will not sh*t their breeches when they smell your package. The customer accepts responsibility for knowing the laws of their respective land and ensuring that customs receives the info they need in order to clear the shipment. All we can do is lawfully package and declare the shipment and send it on its way. After that it’s on you. Unless there is a mistake or negligence on the part of Buck Rail then all sales to Canada are final. We highly recommend that you order from Wes at Airgunarcheryfun.ca We ship bulk orders to him regularly for resell within Canada. If he doesn’t have what you’re looking for, reach out to him and let him know what you want. He can get it for you.

Europe – We ship regularly to many European countries. We do not, generally, have any issues with shipping airgun parts to Europe.

Central and South America – Shipping via USPS to Central and South America provides very limited tracking and can be unreliable. We’ve added DHL as a more reliable option and haven’t had any packages “disappear” yet.

Australia – Sorry Australia, we love you, but no suppressors. Everything else is good to go.

Shipping Delays

Most domestic packages are delivered within 3-7 days shipping via USPS, but tracking scan updates and delivery times have been slowed substantially.

We take full responsibility in getting your package to you regardless of carrier loss or mishandlings, however we do not guarantee package delivery times, and will not offer refunds on shipping due to a missed delivery expectation.

We will ship quickly, but carrier delays can and do happen occasionally.

Return Policy

I’ll accept any item back within 30 days of receipt for any reason. You will be expected to pay return shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless a mistake was made on our end. If we’ve made a mistake or your items are defective or broken during normal use we will issue you a full refund and pay for return shipping. Please Contact Us to start a return.

Order Cancellation/Changes

Order changes or cancellations must be made before they are shipped. Please Contact Us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. We often ship the same day and sometimes ship within hours of an order being placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped you will need to reject the package so that USPS will return to sender. If the package is unopened you can bring it to your local Post Office and let them know that you want to “reject” the package. They will return it for free. If the package has been opened you will need to pay postage.

Refunds

You will be notified immediately through email when we have initiated a refund on our end. Depending on your bank’s processing time it can take 5-10 business days before the refund is reflected on your account.

Check or Money Order Payments

We’ve recently added the option to pay by check or money order. You will still need to create an order by adding items to your cart and checking out online. Instead of paying by Credit Card you can select the “Pay by Check or Money Order” option.

Please include your order number on the check or money order or include your invoice with the payment.

Your order will be saved and your items will be set aside. We will ship your order within 3 business days of receiving your payment. If we have not received payment within 45 business days after your order is placed we will cancel the order and restock the items to fulfill other folk’s orders.
